With over 10 years of experience in the sports industry, I have developed strong skills in negotiation, productivity improvement, and accountability, which have enabled me to secure multiple sponsorships, partnerships, and contracts, as well as to optimize the team's performance, operations, and finances. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive culture that fosters talent development, collaboration, and diversity. I am also committed to giving back to the community by supporting various charitable and educational initiatives.
